GLOBUL to support the 2010 Green Innovation Forum

GLOBUL will support the 2010 Green Innovation Forum for a second consecutive year as part of its long-term environmental sustainability strategy GLOBUL Green. The event, organized by Dnevnik daily and the denkstatt Bulgaria consultancy company, will be held on November 25 in Sofia.
The second edition of the forum will go under the tagline The Story Behind Greening Your Company and will feature speakers from leading companies like BMW, Microsoft, LufthansaTechnic, Renault Nissan, Schneider Electric, Siemens, InterfaceFlor.
The main focus of the event will be the on the driving forces and the obstacles in the introduction of environmentally sustainable business models, the managers’ role in the implementation of these models and the effective planning of green investments.
GLOBUL Corporate Affairs Director Mr. Yassen Guev will present useful examples of the operator’s green practices and will comment on the challenges and opportunities that GLOBUL faces along the way.
In 2008 GLOBUL launched its long-term environmental sustainability strategy GLOBUL Green which aims to minimize the environmental impact of the operator’s activities. Thanks to the support of its clients, employees, suppliers and partners, GLOBUL is already achieving measurable results with its green initiatives. Recently, the company started co-operating with denkstatt Bulgaria for the development and the implementation of a sustainable business strategy.
